Requirements

• Three Letters of Recommendation dated within two years of job posting, with a wet signature
• Serv Safe or Food Handlers Managers Certificate

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in quality food preparation, service and facility maintenance in a commercial, institutional or school food service setting, including 1 year in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Equivalent to the completion of twelfth grade, supplemented by course work and training in the supervision of food preparation, safety, sanitation, or other related areas.
• Occasional evening or weekend shifts may be required for catering.
