About the role
The primary responsibility of this role is to drive overall business development and commercial growth for FlexLink through the leadership and management of the Central HUB organization. The position is accountable for identifying, developing, and executing strategic business opportunities within targeted growth industry segments, ensuring alignment with both FlexLink and Coesia strategic objectives. This role provides leadership across sales, application engineering, and customer development activities while fostering a high-performance culture focused on innovation, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and sustainable profitable growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HUB Strategic Business Unit (SBU), ensuring alignment with established short-term and long-term organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop, implement, and execute strategic sales and business development plans to achieve annual revenue, profitability, and market growth targets.
- Drive customer relationship development and maintain strong partnerships with key accounts, stakeholders, and strategic customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within targeted market segments and emerging industries.
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and strategic positioning initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop direct reports across sales and application engineering functions, promoting accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Ensure effective delivery of FlexLink’s value proposition while balancing commercial opportunities with appropriate risk management practices.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, customer application understanding, and industry process expertise.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including operations, engineering, finance, and global leadership teams to support business objectives.
- Promote and exemplify Coesia values, leadership behaviors, and a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Support strategic planning and forecasting activities, including pipeline management and sales performance reporting.
- Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned to support evolving business needs and strategic objectives.

- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline required.
- MBA or advanced business education strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, business development, engineering, or related commercial roles within an industrial or automation environment preferred.
