Central Dispatcher (Ready-Mix Concrete Manufacturing Plant)

About the role

We are seeking a customer service-oriented Central Dispatcher to coordinate deliveries and support the daily operations of our dispatch office. The dispatcher serves as a primary contact for customers, taking accurate orders and providing professional, responsive service, while giving drivers clear direction to keep deliveries safe, efficient, and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer orders for ready-mix concrete, aggregates, concrete pumps, and related products.
• Coordinate trucks, drivers, and delivery schedules, including tractor-trailers and precast loads.
• Work with plant personnel, job sites, and erection crews to resolve scheduling issues.
• Track driver hours, code timecards, and support driver compliance with company policies and Federal Motor Carrier requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond calmly to changes.
• Dispatch or related industry experience preferred.

Pay

$26.00 - $33.00 per hour

Schedule

Full-time, including some Saturdays.
