About the Position

CenterPlace is a 54,000 sq. ft. regional event facility that hosts various events such as conferences, meetings, banquets, weddings, fundraisers, performances, senior activities, and more. Spokane Valley is seeking part-time employees to assist with these events as CenterPlace Event Support.

This is a flexible part-time position with available shifts including days, nights, and weekends based on the candidate's availability.

Select Examples of Duties

• Provide day-of support for all events at CenterPlace Regional Event Center
• Set-up and tear-down for events including tables, chairs, linens, and dishes
• AV equipment setup and support
• Work in a team environment, follow instructions, and possess knowledge of computers
• Communicate professionally and utilize strong communication skills, leadership, and patience in stressful situations
• Prevent accidents and injuries and properly report and document all incidents
