- Manage key clinical center metrics
- Consistently demonstrate all components of the Physical Therapy Guidebook
- Manage clinical outcomes and address outlier cases with staff therapists
- Create a professional and collaborative working environment
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with center clients and payers
- Promote Orange Book values for all center colleagues
- Drive patient and client experience and satisfaction metrics
- Participate in CLT meetings to improve quality, patient safety, and center business outcomes
- Manage clinical and support staffing levels and proficiencies
- Understand and input on center financial drivers
Responsibilities
- Supervise and provide rehabilitative services for disabled, injured, and diseased patients
- Align with Concentra Medical Centers’ Injury Process Management and rehabilitation philosophy
- Ensure compliance with State Practice Act/Rules and Regulations/WC Regulations
- Execute therapy plans for each patient with a focus on early intervention and same day evaluation
- Identify clinical improvement opportunities and foster relationships with employers, referral sources, and payer groups
- Master use of clinical systems for efficient and excellent supportive documentation
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and PHI regulations
- Provide input on center financial drivers and outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university
- Licensure requirements of jurisdiction
- At least two years of demonstrated clinical experience
- Demonstrated outstanding clinical knowledge of physical/occupational therapy services
- Demonstrated outstanding dedication to Concentra’s philosophy of therapy in occupational medicine
- Demonstrated outstanding interest in the leadership of therapy staff
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and administrative abilities
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills and the ability to exercise proper judgment, make decisions, and motivate employees
- Ability to properly handle sensitive and confidential information (including HIPAA and PHI)
