Position Summary
The Center Support Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) operates as a free person in the morning, providing flexible support across the center. In the afternoon, they carry a part-time client assignment, delivering direct ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one or group therapy setting to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments as directed by the supervisor.
- Collect and record data on patient behavior.
- Collaborate, communicate, and assist with the training of clients, parents, and staff.
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients and family.
- Carry out clinical assessments and other administrative duties.
- Maintain strict confidentiality.
- Attend training to acquire further knowledge.
Qualifications
- Current RBT certification.
- A minimum of one year of experience providing ABA services.
- Comfortable working with any client in the center, regardless of diagnosis, severity, or behavioral profile.
- Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively with any client in the center.

- Ability to accept constructive feedback and retain knowledge and modify performance accordingly.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers, supervisors, and community members.

- Commitment to ongoing training and development as it relates to clinical skills, professional development, ethics, and technology.
- Ability to interpret and implement clinical protocols and written instructions.
- Must maintain a professional appearance with regard to clothing and grooming, hair, and make-up as interpreted by Eleos ABA LLC.
Knowledge
- Basic & Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, lift and carry clients with adaptive equipment, assume and maintain a variety of postures, sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time, and have manual dexterity to perform specific computer and electronic device functions for data collection.
- Experience: Current RBT certification and a minimum of one (1) year of experience providing ABA services. Experience working with children ages 0-16 in a classroom or 1:1 setting is preferred. Experience implementing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis is preferred. Experience working in an educational setting, Speech setting, or related field is preferred.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech and Hearing Services, or related field is preferred.

Background Checks and Training
- Responsible for completing and maintaining all required certifications and trainings once employed including, but not limited to: CPR, Fingerprinting & Background Checks, and other company in-services and training as directed by employment supervisor.
- Active RBT certification must be maintained throughout employment.
