About the role
The donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of employee performance and scheduling
- Inventory Control efforts and operational leadership
- Work with donors to resolve concerns
- Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events
- Perform Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing tasks
- Foster teamwork, communication, and conflict resolution
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR and AED certification
- Frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and equipment monitoring from a distance
Qualifications
- Pro-longed glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens

Pay
The estimated hourly wage range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
Schedule
