About the role
The Center Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring high standards of quality across all operations within the center.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and implement quality control measures to maintain service excellence.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance processes.
- Develop and maintain quality management systems aligned with industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and quality outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration among teams.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of ISO standards and other relevant quality frameworks.
- Experience with quality management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
