About the role
The Center Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring high standards of quality across all operations within the center.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve quality processes and reduce defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance overall performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role.
- Proven track record of improving quality metrics and reducing waste.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and mentor team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of ISO standards and best practices in quality management.
- Experience with Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
