About the role
The Center Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring high standards of quality across all operations within the center.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and implement quality control measures
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues
- Develop and maintain quality improvement plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Quality Management, Engineering, etc.)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare or educational setting preferred
- Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
