About the role

Responsible for managing daily operations of an early intervention ABA therapy center serving children with autism, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication with families, onboard clients, and facilitate center tours.
• Oversee employee scheduling, approve leave requests, and ensure clinical notes are submitted timely.
• Maintain employee certifications, manage documentation, and monitor budget adherence.
• Coordinate with insurance and billing departments, and handle staffing needs.
• Organize team-building events, recognize staff milestones, and ensure compliance with clinical and administrative standards.

• Energetic, outgoing, detail-oriented, and compassionate with high emotional intelligence.
• Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and leadership ability.
• Experience managing large teams, understanding health insurance systems, and multitasking effectively.
• Willingness to relocate, travel across Virginia, and pass background checks.
