Center Manager - Plasma Donation Center

The Center Manager oversees the daily operations of a Plasma Collection Center, ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations. Responsibilities include managing staff, meeting operational and quality KPIs, developing efficient processes, and maintaining a positive organizational environment that boosts morale and productivity. They are accountable for hiring, training, performance management, inventory control, and ensuring the facility's cleanliness and equipment functionality.
