The Select Southington Center

The Select Southington Center is seeking a Center Manager with oversight of 2 additional Physical Therapists and an active Athletic Training Contract at Southington High School. The center handles a high volume of high school and collegiate athletes, including access to equipment like a squat rack, rubberized flooring, and push sleds.

Responsibilities

• Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Expand and develop a team of talented Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities
• Assist in growing and managing our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
• Participate in philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community

Requirements

• A graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
• A valid State Physical Therapist License to start
• CPR Certification

Pay

Salary up to $100k based on experience, with a sign-on bonus up to $10k and student debt repayment offered.
