Center Manager Physical Therapist $10K Sign on Bonus!

About the role

We are seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager. The ideal candidate will oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team, providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities

• Treat and manage the clinic
• Oversee outpatient orthopedic therapy team
• Provide preventative and rehab services
• Maximize functionality and promote patient well-being
• Manage physician relationships and patient portfolios
• Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and PTAs
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
• Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent outpatiet orthopedic experience
• Valid State Physical Therapist License
• CPR Certification

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy

• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy

Pay

Salary range is $90K-$100K, based on your experience. Incentives include a $10K sign on bonus and $350 per month student loan assistance.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 2 evenings a week until 7pm, done by 2pm on Fridays so you can start your weekend early!
