Center Manager Physical Therapist-up to $10k sign on bonus!

About the role

This is for a brand new clinic in Brewer, ME. We are planning on opening Q-1 2027. This is a 1800 sqft open concept with a private treatment room. Opportunities for Revital Cancer Rehab, Pelvic Health and general sports/ortho.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients.
  • Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions.
  • Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
  • Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs).
  • Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.
  • Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
  • Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.
  • CPR Certification is required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Salary is $80k to $100k based on experience.

Monday through Friday.
