Center Manager Physical Therapist

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager Location: 11301 Commerce Drive, Suite B, Allendale, MI 49401 Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 based on experience Incentives: $15,000 Sign-On Bonus and/or $350 per month in uncapped student debt relief At NovaCare Rehabilitation, we take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience, helping our patients get back to athletics, work, life, and the things they love. Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is actively seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager. In this role, you will oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team, providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients. This is an outstanding opportunity to join our Sports Center of Excellence and play a key role in serving local university and high school athletes. We are seeking a clinician with a strong sports medicine background who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to an active patient population. Previous leadership experience is preferred; however, we are open to considering a high-performing candidate with demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to grow into a Center Manager role. Candidates must have at least one year of outpatient orthopedic experience.
