Center Manager I - Lexington Area Office

Job Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Planning, organizing, and directing the daily activities of a complex Work Training Center.
• Producing, purchasing, managing finances, distributing materials, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining relationships with local businesses.
• Providing job readiness training services to help eligible South Carolinians with disabilities achieve and maintain competitive employment.

Minimum And Additional Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in rehabilitation, business administration, or the behavioral sciences or a related field, combined with four years of rehabilitation or manufacturing experience.
• Relevant experience may be substituted for the required diploma on a year-for-year basis.
• At least two years of supervisory experience preferred.
