About the Role

The Center Manager (CM) oversees clinic operations, leading a high-performing, compassionate team to deliver exceptional patient care in a dialysis setting. They coordinate treatments, ensure operational excellence, and foster a positive environment for staff and patients alike.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic activities, maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.
• Coordinate patient treatments and work collaboratively with staff, physicians, and stakeholders.
• Educate and mentor team members to promote continuous improvement.
• Uphold a patient-centric approach, ensuring quality and compassionate interactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year RN experience, with 6 months in hemodialysis nursing.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the practice state or per Nursing Licensure Compact rules.
