Center Manager

As a Center Manager (CM), you will play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence while leading a high-performing team that demonstrates high morale and professionalism in the day-to-day operations of the dialysis center. You will coordinate the care and quality of treatments for patients, ensuring they not only live but also enjoy a quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient care by collaborating with Satellite employees, physicians, and other representatives.
• Maintain a high standard of care and compassion in every patient interaction.
• Educate and mentor staff members to uphold quality care standards.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centric, high-quality care.
• Drive continuous improvement in the patient and staff environment.
• Set the tone for holistic patient care, enabling patients to live better lives.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Six (6) months of hemodialysis nursing experience.
• Management or supervisor experience preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice or in accordance with the applicable state's Board of Nursing rules for the Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC).

Pay

USD $137,249.70 - USD $199,011.67 per year.
