Center Manager

About the Role

The Center Manager (CM) oversees clinic operations, leading a high-performing team to ensure operational excellence and compassionate patient care. They coordinate treatment quality, collaborate with staff, physicians, and stakeholders, and foster a positive environment for patients and staff alike.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of care
• Mentor staff and promote teamwork

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience, including 6 months in hemodialysis
• Management or supervisory experience preferred
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• Valid RN license in the practice state or compliant with NCL rules
