Center Manager

About the role

Lead all center operations to ensure safe, efficient plasma collection and an excellent donor experience. Oversee clinical and administrative teams, manage scheduling, and monitor performance. Drive compliance with FDA and cGMP standards, manage budgets and resources, and implement quality and process improvements. Collaborate across teams to enhance plasma supply, mentor staff, and foster a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous improvement.
