Role Overview: The Center Manager (CM) leads daily operations of a dialysis clinic, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality patient care. They oversee a team, coordinate treatments, and maintain compassion and professionalism in interactions with patients and staff. The CM also mentors staff and collaborates with healthcare professionals, fostering a patient-centric environment. Key Responsibilities Manage clinic operations and team performanceCoordinate and oversee patient treatments for quality and safetyEnsure high standards of care with compassionEducate and mentor staff membersCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians Qualifications & Skills Minimum one (1) year of RN experience and six (6) months of hemodialysis nursingManagement or supervisory experience preferredGraduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferredValid RN license in the practice state or NCL compliance Attributes: High energy, goal-oriented, patient-focused, with a passion for improving patient and staff environments. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential.
