Role Overview The Center Manager (CM) oversees the clinic's daily operations, ensuring operational excellence and leading a high-performing, professional team. The CM coordinates patient care and treatment quality, working closely with staff, physicians, and stakeholders to deliver compassionate, high-standard care that enhances patients' quality of life. They play a key role in mentoring staff and fostering a positive environment.
