About the Role

The Center Manager (CM) oversees clinic operations, leading a high-performing, compassionate team to ensure operational excellence and quality patient care in a dialysis setting. They coordinate treatments, collaborate with staff, physicians, and representatives, and maintain high standards of care and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient care and treatment quality
• Mentor staff and promote a patient-centric environment

• Foster relationships within a multidisciplinary team

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year RN experience
• 6 months hemodialysis nursing experience
• Management or supervisory experience preferred
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• Current RN license in the practice state or per Nursing Licensure Compact rules
