About the role

UMSL Center for Behavioral Health (CBH) seeks an enthusiastic, client-focused senior psychologist with demonstrated leadership and clinical supervision skills to join our team. For over 40 years, CBH has been dedicated to providing high-quality, timely, and grant-funded psychological services to children and adolescents - especially those who would not otherwise have access to professional mental health care. Our programs remove financial barriers and serve families across the St. Louis-metropolitan area through several no-cost evaluation initiatives addressing a wide range of behavioral and emotional concerns. At CBH, you’ll be part of a mission-driven team committed to advancing mental health equity. This senior-level role offers the opportunity to shape clinical practices, mentor future psychologists, and influence program development in a collaborative, supportive environment. We provide the resources and structured systems you need to meet productivity expectations without compromising quality, and we offer extensive opportunities for professional development and career growth.
