About the role
The Center Director oversees all operations within the center, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and staff management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Manage staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and career development.
- Secure funding and manage budgets for the center.
- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to enhance community impact.
- Ensure the center adheres to safety protocols and maintains a safe environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as education, business, or social sciences.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership position within a similar organization.
- Proven track record of successful program development and implementation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
