Center Director

About the Role

BrightView is seeking a Center Director to facilitate clinic workflow and lead daily operations of our addiction treatment facility. In partnership with regional and company leadership, you will oversee the treatment center, ensure an exemplary patient experience, and foster a collaborative, team‑centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Clinic Operations Management: Lead and manage all aspects of patient flow and clinic operations; execute BrightView’s operations playbook; plan, lead, and deliver regular team meetings.
• Patient Experience and Care Delivery: Ensure a consistent, high‑quality patient experience; identify and resolve issues and conflicts; enforce staff compliance with policies, procedures, workflows, and training.
• Personnel Management and Development: Manage site‑level personnel across multiple professional disciplines; cultivate staff development; set clear performance expectations; establish performance improvement plans and retraining efforts.
• Collaboration and Partnerships: Develop community partnerships with BrightView’s Outreach teams; ensure proper collaboration with the Quality department; fulfill Program Administrator role as outlined by State Administrative Code as needed.
• Compliance and Trainings: Follow and enforce all federal, state, and local healthcare requirements; oversee new staff onboarding and training.

• Prior experience with harm reduction is a plus.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a human‑service‑related field, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting; or
• 2+ years in a clinic‑based position within BrightView with leadership/management responsibilities.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
