Center Coordinator – ABA Operations & Expansion Location: Hollywood, FL Schedule: Full-Time | In-Person Who We Are Applied ABC provides high-quality, data-driven ABA therapy to children with autism and their families. We're clinician-led, family-focused, and committed to delivering care that creates meaningful, lasting outcomes. As we continue to grow, we're expanding our center-based services and looking for a Center Coordinator to help support that growth. This role will work closely with regional leadership and center teams to strengthen day-to-day operations, support existing locations, help launch new centers, and create opportunities for continued client and team growth. We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, relationship-driven, and comfortable taking ownership. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, building connections, and keeping multiple priorities moving forward. Where You’ll Make an Impact As the Center Coordinator – ABA Operations & Expansion, you'll support the growth and operational success of multiple ABA centers. You'll work alongside regional leadership, Center Directors, intake teams, and recruiting to strengthen staffing, increase center census, build referral relationships, and support new center launches. This role requires someone who can move comfortably between relationship-building, operational problem-solving, recruiting, and project coordination. You'll be expected to identify needs, follow through on priorities, and help turn opportunities into action. Role Overview Center Growth & Referral Development Build and maintain relationships with pediatricians, schools, psychologists, therapists, case managers, community organizations, and other referral sources.Identify opportunities to increase center census and strengthen the referral pipeline.Partner with intake and center leadership to follow up on leads, referrals, evaluations, authorizations, and barriers to starting services.Build relationships with insurance representatives, payer contacts, and community partners.Participate in outreach, networking, and community engagement activities that support referral growth.Monitor referral activity and identify opportunities to improve client acquisition and center growth. Center Operations & Expansion Provide ongoing operational support to existing ABA centers.Partner with Center Directors and regional leadership to identify operational needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.Support the opening and launch of new ABA centers, including staffing, operational setup, onboarding, referral development, and launch readiness.Follow up on center performance, staffing needs, utilization, census, and other key operational priorities.Ensure company procedures, expectations, and systems are implemented consistently across locations.Troubleshoot day-to-day operational challenges and identify practical solutions.Support special projects related to center growth, expansion, staffing, and operational efficiency. Staffing & Team Support Recruit, interview, and support the hiring and onboarding of center personnel, including RBTs, administrative staff, and other center-based team members.Build and maintain strong staffing pipelines across multiple locations.Partner with recruiting and center leadership to identify staffing needs and address hiring challenges.Support onboarding efforts and help ensure new team members have a positive and organized transition into the center.Identify staffing trends and opportunities to strengthen team stability and center operations. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with regional leadership, Center Directors, Intake, Recruiting, and other internal teams to keep center priorities aligned.Maintain clear communication and follow-through on projects, operational needs, and growth initiatives.Coordinate multiple priorities across locations while maintaining organization and attention to detail.Take ownership of assigned projects and independently move tasks forward from planning through completion. What Sets You Apart Previous administrative or operational experience within an ABA organization is required. Strong understanding of ABA center operations, staffing, intake, client onboarding, and insurance processes. Experience with referral development, client acquisition, census growth, recruiting, or payer relationships is strongly preferred. Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, identify needs, and independently move projects forward. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization and traveling to company locations as needed.
