We need to output HTML fragment with sections for duties, responsibilities, requirements, qualifications, skills, benefits, pay, schedule as appropriate. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; fold minor metadata into short

or drop it. Preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate etc. Include a section only when posting has real specific content for it—never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Duties: long list of tasks performed by Cemetery Caretaker. This is duties. Should be a section with heading

    Duties

    and a
    • list of each duty. - Work schedule: mention "Work schedule: May be required to work Monday through Friday to include occasional weekends. Due to the mission of the National Cemetery, the cemetery cannot be closed for more than 2 consecutive days at any given time. Additionally, when a Federal holiday falls on a Monday or Friday, staff may be required to work on that holiday or a Saturday. All staff is required to work Memorial Day each year. Staff will be required to work overtime, weekends and holidays when necessary to meet the needs of the cemetery. Occasionally staff may be called back to the facility to perform emergency overtime work. Compressed/Flexible Schedule: Not Available". This is schedule info. Should we create a Schedule section? Yes, schedule content is present. Not just placeholder. So we can have

      Schedule

      with

containing that prose (maybe bullet list? but it's prose). Could also break into

        but not needed. We'll use

. - Position Description Title/PD#:Cemetery Caretaker Technician/PD101213 WG-WG-6 The full performance level of this position is WG-06. Relocation Expenses: Not Authorized Relocation/Recruitment Incentives: Not Authorized Financial Disclosure Report: Not Required. This is metadata; we can fold into a short

maybe under a generic "Details" section? But we are told not to create sections for minor metadata; we can put in a

after duties maybe. However we need to preserve all substantive info. This info is substantive? It's about position classification, relocation not authorized etc. Could be considered minor metadata but still we need to preserve. We can include a short paragraph after duties before schedule maybe. - Requirements: Conditions of employment list: must be US citizen, background investigation, drug testing, medical exam, Selective Service Registration, complete application package, online onboarding, acceptable ID, REAL ID note, probationary period details. This is requirements. Should be a section

        Requirements

        with
        • each item. - Qualifications: includes experience, screen-out element, job elements, volunteer work credit, note about full year, physical requirements, working conditions, education (none). This is qualifications. Should be a section

          Qualifications

          with
          • for each bullet? There's a lot of prose; we can break into logical items: Experience requirement, Screen-out element, Job elements (list), Volunteer work credit, Note about full year/part-time, Physical Requirements, Working Conditions, Education (no requirement). We'll need to preserve all substantive info; we can put each as
          • with the text. - Skills: Not explicitly listed; maybe implied in duties/qualifications. No separate skills section; we should not create a Skills section if no specific content. - Benefits: The posting mentions "A career with the U.S. government provides employees with a comprehensive benefits package. As a federal employee, you and your family will have access to a range of benefits that are designed to make your federal career very rewarding. Eligibility for benefits depends on the type of position you hold and whether your position is full-time, part-time or intermittent. Contact the hiring agency for more information on the specific benefits offered." This is benefits info, albeit generic but still substantive. Should we create a Benefits section? It says "prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." This is somewhat generic but still mentions benefits package. It's not placeholder like "not specified". It says you will have access to a range of benefits. So we can include a Benefits section with

containing that prose. - Pay: Not mentioned; no pay info. So we should not create Pay section. - Additional information: includes veterans, contact, etc. That's more boilerplate; we can drop as per instruction to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Additional information" includes veterans and transitioning service members, contact info, etc. Might be considered boilerplate; we can drop. - Also note about "Selected applicants will be required to complete an online onboarding process." appears twice; we can keep once. We need to ensure we don't repeat content. Let's extract duties list: From "Duties The Cemetery Caretaker performs jobs requiring mainly manual skills and physical strength. Performs a variety of tasks, such as operating small tractors and riding lawn mowers; transplanting shrubs; digging graves to the proper level; cutting and removing sod, tamping and leveling dirt using hand and power tools; digging and squaring graves using pneumatic equipment, picks and shovels; assisting in lifting and placing caskets on lowering devices; loading and unloading materials; aligning headstones; cleaning and clearing cemetery grounds of debris using power trimmers, chainsaws, axes, shovels, rakes, blowers, vacuums etc.; weeding, mulching, and applying fertilizer; pruning shrubs and low level dead branches; removing snow and ice; cleaning headstones using sprayer and hand brush; and cleaning service and administrative areas."
