About the role

Fidelity Memorial Group is seeking a Cemetery and Preneed Funeral Sales Manager in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position is responsible for managing sales teams, developing strategies to increase sales, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and funeral homes
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members

Requirements

• At least 2-5 years of experience in preneed sales or related field
• Proven track record of successful sales and leadership
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of funeral industry practices and regulations

Qualifications

• Licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer, active practicing Catholic
• Experience in preneed sales or similar field
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
