Responsibilities
- Overall RF Spectrum Engineering and management at MuTC and Camp Atterbury, IN with respect to the MuTC Multidomain operations.
- Cook up spectrum requests through state and federal entities.
- Conduct and monitor spectrum baselines, monitor during Testing, Training, and Experimentation (TTE).
- Local deconfliction for TTE.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Spectrum Management Certifications, or related discipline and 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered.

- Minimum five (5) years of experience in Cellular System Operations, Radio and Radio Frequencies (RF) and Spectrum Management.
Knowledge & Skills
- Experience with 2G/3G/4G/5G technologies operations.
- Possess experience with Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Experimental Special Temporary Authority Licensing Applications or other FCC licensing applications.
- Possess experience coordinating and deconflicting spectrum with the customer to facilitate training objectives.
- Possess knowledge of the operational and performance characteristics of telecommunication equipment and transmission media, and of the relationship of components parts of communications systems.
- Practical knowledge of commonly applied telecommunication approaches, methods, and techniques.
- Cyber training programs effectively.
- Working knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management.
