Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical, RF Engineering, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a related technical field.
- Experience supporting RF test, or ground test hardware.
- Experience executing test procedures, troubleshooting hardware issues, and/or coordinating with others to resolve problems on site.
- Knowledge of electronic test equipment.
- Active Secret clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities
- Support missile testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy hands on work, solving complex hardware/software issues, and creating clear technical documentation for internal and external users.
- Execute missile level RF communications systems test and integration efforts.
- Write and maintain operational, configuration, and user documentation (SOPs, test plans, maintenance guides).
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to ensure test readiness and data integrity.
- Participate in post test reviews, capture lessons learned, and suggest improvements.

Qualifications
- Strong technical writing skills; experience producing clear, concise documentation for engineers, technicians, factory floor personnel, and customers.
- 2–4 years of hands on experience supporting RF test, or ground test hardware.
- Project or team lead experience on small scale test projects.
- Familiarity with requirement traceability tools (Cameo, DOORS) or basic MBSE concepts.
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink, LabVIEW, or Python for data acquisition and analysis.
Skills

Pay
Salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
Schedule
Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
