About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Account Manager with strong business acumen to drive growth across the Cellular and Molecular Research (CMR) portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Owning a defined territory, managing key customer relationships, and delivering revenue against assigned targets within all markets.
- Leading the overall sales strategy for their territory, identifying and advancing opportunities across instruments and consumables while ensuring strong customer engagement and long-term account development.

- Operating with a high level of autonomy while collaborating closely with Product Specialists, Field Application Scientists, and cross-functional partners to deliver customer solutions and drive cross-product line growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent
- 4+ years relevant experience selling capital equipment and/or consumables within molecular biology, genomics, or cell analysis workflows
- Strong knowledge of CMR-relevant applications, including microplate-based solutions, imaging, electrophoresis and flow cytometry
- Demonstrated consultative selling skills with the ability to influence customer decisions and navigate sales cycles
- Proven ability to identify and drive cross-product line opportunities to maximize account growth
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline, forecast, and opportunity progression
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic account and territory plans

Pay
- The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $177,210.00 - $295,350.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits.
