Cello instructor needed in Golden, CO

About the role

Taylor Robinson Music is hiring private music instructors, especially for Cello. We do not have a brick-and-mortar studio location in the Golden, CO area, but we have students needing teachers ASAP!

Responsibilities

• Teach cello lessons in students' homes, in your own home or studio/rehearsal space, or via webcam.
• Set your own schedule and lesson plans.
• Receive payment on an independent contractor basis between $20-$30 per hour dependent on travel time, experience/education, and student retention rate.
• Communicate regularly with the office and be organized and punctual for all lessons.

Requirements

• Great with kids and love teaching.
• Organized and punctual for all lessons.
• Must have either a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Flexible scheduling to accommodate students in the Golden, CO area.
• Ability to teach in-person or via webcam.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to set and manage your own curriculum/lesson plans.
