Cello instructor needed in Flowery Branch, GA

About the role

Taylor Robinson Music is hiring private music instructors, especially for Cello. We do not have a brick-and-mortar studio location in the Flowery Branch, GA area, but we have students needing teachers ASAP!

Responsibilities

• Teach cello lessons in students' homes, in your own home or studio/rehearsal space, or via webcam.
• Set your own schedule and lesson plans.
• Be available to travel to students in the Flowery Branch, GA area if needed.
• Communicate regularly with the office about lesson progress and scheduling.
• Keep your studio or home clean and sanitized.

Requirements

• Great with kids and passionate about teaching.
• Organized and punctual for all lessons.
• Must have either a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Willingness to wear a mask, sanitize hands, and practice social distancing when applicable.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to teach from home or travel to students' locations.

Benefits

• Paid on an independent contractor basis between $20-$30 per hour, depending on travel time, experience, and student retention rate.
