What You Will Do
- Basic understanding of project documents and JHA paperwork
- Ability to read and understand rigging plans
- Basic understanding of RF and Steel installation/ modification
- Perform various rigging tasks as directed
- Able to perform compliant climbing techniques
- Able to perform truck and trailer maneuvers

What You Will Need
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in cellular construction
- Excellent physical conditioning and stamina
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions; including but not limited to snow, rain and varying temperatures
- Willingness to travel; hotels and per diem provided
- Possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the company insurance policy
- Basic computer skills required
- Sweep & PIM testing & fiber testing certifications or experience
- Certified Tower Climber and Rescuer
- First Aid & CPR (Centerline will re-certify if required)
- NWSA TTT1 & TTT2 certifications
Work Environment
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, climbing, talking, hearing
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Able to climb to and work at heights exceeding 300’ feet
- Good vision for close work, distance, color discrimination, peripheral, and depth perception
