We need to decide sections: The posting includes "About Us", "About You", "About The Role", then "Join Us" with bullet points: Professional Growth, Culture that Cares, Competitive Benefits (list). Also maybe "Benefits" section can be derived from Competitive Benefits bullet list. Also "Professional Growth" could be part of Benefits or separate section? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Professional Growth, Culture that Cares, Competitive Benefits into a Benefits section? But they are distinct categories. However we can have sections: About Us, About You, Responsibilities (maybe from About The Role), Qualifications (maybe from About You), Benefits (combining Professional Growth, Culture that Cares, Competitive Benefits). But we need to follow headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can use those headings if content matches. Let's map:

It gives examples but not exclusive. Probably we should use those headings where applicable. Could also use About Us as heading? It's not in list but maybe okay. Safer to follow examples: Use those headings. So we need sections: About the role (maybe About The Role), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (qualifications/skills), Benefits (benefits). Possibly also About Us and About You could be merged into About the role? But we need preserve all substantive info. Could create sections: About Us (maybe as About Us
