The Ts'ets'uw'ut Family Support Worker works from a trauma-informed, family-centered, and prevention-focused approach. Responsibilities include partnering with families to strengthen parenting capacity, improve child safety and well-being, and enhance family stability while honoring Indigenous values, traditions, and ways of knowing.
