Responsible for managing a retail store, overseeing operations, customer service, and inventory management. Ensures compliance with company policies and standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and inventory management.
- Manage employee schedules and performance, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor store performance metrics and report findings to upper management.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth store operations and customer flow.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of retail management experience.
- Proven ability to manage a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with some college coursework.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
