About the role

Responsible for managing a retail store, overseeing operations, customer service, and inventory management. Ensures compliance with company policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and inventory management.
• Manage employee schedules and performance, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Monitor store performance metrics and report findings to upper management.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth store operations and customer flow.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to manage a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with some college coursework.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Pay

Schedule
