About the role
We are currently hiring experienced retail managers! Starting salary range: $68,000 to $71,500 plus bonus annually.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of retail associates to ensure peak performance and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share
- Manage inventory levels and ensure compliance with company policies
- Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandise displays, and store maintenance
- Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to align goals and improve overall store performance
Requirements
- Previous retail management experience, preferably in a senior store leadership position
- An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to exhibit a hands-on leadership style
- Open to relocation for promotion
