Cedar Falls Acute Care RN – Medical Surgical Registered Nurse - Sign On Bonus
Position Purpose
Common admission diagnosis are chest pain, pneumonia, orthopedic surgery and bariatric surgery on this 21‑bed unit at Cedar Falls Medical Center.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of patients.
- Supervises and coordinates care provided by LPNs and PCAs.
- Facilitates communication with physicians, families and other team members.
Qualifications
- Current IA RN license.
- BSN preferred.
- No previous experience required.
Pay
Sign‑on bonus up to $20,000 based on years of experience.
Schedule
- Full Time Days – 0.9 FTE, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., every 3rd weekend rotation.
- Full Time Nights – 0.9 FTE, 7 p.m. – 7 a.m., every 3rd weekend rotation.
- Part Time Nights – 0.6 FTE, 7 p.m. – 7 a.m., every 3rd weekend rotation.
