About the role

Supports the Outdoor Education Center on-site manager in all aspects of the center's operations. Oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Outdoor Education Center
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
• Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders
• Develop and implement programs to enhance the center's offerings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience in a management position
• Experience working with youth and/or outdoor education programs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response plans
• Experience with budgeting and financial management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
