Overview
Oversee and manage the CDS operations of multiple Costco retail locations within a designated district.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that each warehouse location meets CDS standards for sales, customer service, safety and operational efficiency.
- Drive business growth, manage budgets, implement CDS Operational Excellence strategies, and ensure overall success of their district.
- Maintain compliance with Advantage policies and industry regulations.
- Monitor performance, address operational issues, manage staffing levels, build rapport with Costco GMs.
