CDL Shuttle Driver

Responsibilities

• Delivers an exceptional client and customer experience guided by the SP+ Promise.
• Answers questions, offers city directions, and ensures each customer interaction is positive.
• Performs vehicle inspections, maintains cleanliness of bus interiors, fuels buses, logs trip counts, and assists disabled passengers.
• Ensures punctuality and adherence to uniform requirements.
• Maintains a valid driver’s license with passenger endorsement and DOT Medical Card.
• Reports accidents, violations, safety hazards, and unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
• Communicates debris, water, oil spills, and other issues to the garage office.
• Substitutes for Cashiers or Valets when authorized.
• Assists customers with luggage and other traveling items, especially at airport locations.
• Assists Facility Manager with other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education or one month related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A valid CDL Class A, B, or C Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement.
• A DOT Medical Card is required.
• Availability to work special shifts, including 3rd shift and weekends, if required.
• Ability to read, understand, and write simple instructions and correspondence.
• Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, use hands, and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
