CDL Shuttle Driver

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to and from DFW Airport terminals in a 16+ passenger shuttle
• Greet every guest with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor
• Assist guests with luggage, boarding, and unloading with care and attentiveness
• Engage with guests by offering directions, local insights, and hotel information
• Maintain clear communication with hotel dispatch/communication base
• Ensure the shuttle is clean, fueled, and well-maintained at all times
• Follow all driving regulations and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with appropriate passenger endorsement
• Clean driving record in accordance with company and insurance guidelines
• Previous experience driving a shuttle, bus, or large passenger vehicle strongly preferred
• Prior hospitality or guest-facing experience required (hotel, airline, transportation, or similar)

Additional Requirements

• Ability to assist guests with luggage (lifting, pushing, and pulling as needed)
• Ability to stand, sit, and operate a vehicle for extended periods of time
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Basic knowledge of the DFW area or willingness to quickly learn routes and key destinations
• Ability to follow safety procedures, operational guidelines, and communication protocols consistently
