About the role
Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is seeking CDL B Drivers to operate Box Trucks and VAC Trucks out of the Springfield Depot. The role includes both driving and labor: operating a VAC truck to collect oil using a PTO pump and hoses, and operating a Box truck to drop off, swap, or remove equipment using drum carts and/or pallet jacks.
Responsibilities
- Operate VAC truck to collect used cooking oil from containers using PTO pump and hoses.
- Operate Box truck to drop off, swap, or remove equipment using drum carts and/or pallet jacks.
- Perform related labor tasks as needed.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Valid CDL B license.
- Current DOT Physical.
- Interstate and Tanker (N) endorsements.
- Hard‑working, reliable, safe driving record meeting insurance criteria.
- Drug‑free.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED.
Schedule
- Three‑day work week: either Saturday, Monday, Wednesday 8:30 am – 10:30 pm OR Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:30 am – 10:30 pm.
- Shifts are 14 hours; opportunity to move to a 4‑day week.
Pay
Starting rate $35/hour for the first 40 hours per week, then time‑and‑a‑half for overtime.
