About the role
Operate Box Trucks and VAC Trucks for Buffalo Biodiesel Inc., performing both driving and labor tasks. The VAC truck collects used cooking oil from containers using a PTO pump and hoses, while the Box Truck drops off, swaps, or removes equipment using drum carts and/or pallet jacks. Work is based out of the Syracuse, NY depot.
Requirements
- Valid CDL B with current DOT Physical
- Interstate and Tanker (N) endorsements
- Hard‑working, reliable, and safe driving record meeting company insurance criteria
- Drug‑free
- Ability to lift 75 lbs

Pay
Starting rate of $35/hour for the first 40 hours each week, then time‑and‑a‑half for overtime over 40 hours.
Schedule
- Shift options: Saturday, Monday, Wednesday 8:30 am – 10:30 pm OR Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:30 am – 10:30 pm
- Flexible shifts negotiable with management, including night shifts and 8‑12 hour shifts
- Typical 3‑day work week with opportunity to move to a 4‑day week
- Operate Class B trucks on 14‑hour shifts; may be required to work up to 16‑hour shifts under DOT 16‑hour exemption when needed
