About the role
Carolina Construction School is expanding and is currently recruiting for two CDL Driver Training Instructors.
Responsibilities
- Train students in safe and efficient operation of commercial vehicles
- Develop and deliver curriculum for classroom and on-road training sessions
- Maintain records of student progress and performance
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies
Requirements
- Valid CDL with appropriate endorsements
- Experience teaching commercial vehicle operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant safety standards and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Previous experience in vocational education or similar field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
