About the Role

Location: Bergey's Truck Center, Delmar, MD

Shift: Part Time

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle in accordance with DOT and Company rules.
• Test drive trucks after work is complete.
• Shuttle trucks to and from customer locations.
• Pick up and deliver serviced vehicles.
• Use good judgment and safe driving skills.
• Maintain a timely shuttle route.
• Operate radio or similar device to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service.
• Keep a record of trips, destinations, or pick-up points.
• Notify manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License - CDL Required.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Ability to drive manual transmission preferred but not required.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred but not required.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
