CDL Driver- Part Time

Atlantic Emergency Solutions is seeking a part-time, on-call Driver to support our New Market Service Center. In this role, you will transport fire apparatus and ambulances that first responders rely on every day. This is a flexible, on-call position based on business needs. Responsibilities
- Transport fire apparatus and ambulances safely between service centers, customer locations, and delivery points
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are safe for operation
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Maintain communication with management regarding schedules and delivery status
- Ensure vehicles are delivered in clean, safe, and operational condition
Requirements
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL with tanker endorsement
- Current DOT medical card
- Safe driving record and strong attention to safety
- Ability to work on an on-call basis with flexible availability
- Ability to operate large emergency vehicles safely and responsibly

Schedule

Work Environment
Driving fire apparatus and ambulances between locations, traveling throughout the regional service area. This role includes extended periods of driving, as well as climbing in and out of large vehicles. The position involves exposure to road conditions, weather, and typical outdoor environments.
